By registering (or purchasing registrations on behalf of registrants), I agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Liability Release - By registering for this conference, I and any additional registrants, shall indemnify, hold free and harmless, assume liability for, and defend Vineyard USA, Faith Church, or Vineyard Cincinnati Church, their agents, servants, employees, officers, and directors from any and all costs and expenses including, but not limited to: attorney’s fees, reasonable investigative and discovery costs, court costs, and all other sums which Vineyard USA, Faith Church, or Vineyard Cincinnati Church, assertion of liability, or any claim or action founded thereon, arising or alleged to have arisen out of attending the 2024 National Conference and use of real or personal property belonging to Vineyard USA, Faith Church, or Vineyard Cincinnati Church, their agents, servants, employees, officers, volunteers, and directors.

2. Media Release - In consideration of my conference registration, I hereby grant to Vineyard USA, and its ministries, auxiliaries, affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns (“Vineyard USA”), all rights of every kind in perpetuity to photograph and record me in audio and/or video format (including live streaming), and to own, use and edit in any manner in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, my image, likeness and appearance, including my name and voice, in connection with my attendance at the conference (the “Attendance”) in and in connection with the production, distribution, licensing, advertising, sales, publicizing, and other exploitation of recordings, podcasts, live and/or archived streaming, and any other forms or formats of media, whether now known or hereafter developed (the “Media”), in which the same may be used or incorporated at Vineyard USA’s sole discretion. I acknowledge that Vineyard USA shall own all rights in and to the results and proceeds of my Attendance and the Media (collectively, the “Materials”), including without limitation the copyright therein, such Materials being work(s)-forhire under US copyright law and analogous laws of other countries. In the event the Materials, or any parts thereof, are not deemed work(s)-for-hire, I hereby irrevocably assign to Vineyard USA any and all right, title and interest (including copyright) in and to the Materials, in all media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe. I expressly release Vineyard USA and its agents and attorneys from, and agree not to sue in law or equity for, any and all claims I have or may have for defamation, invasion of privacy, personality or publicity, or any other cause of action arising out of or in connection with the production, distribution or exhibition of the Materials, or the exercise of any right granted herein.

3. Purchaser has the authority to register on behalf of registrants within - I, as purchaser, warrant and represent that I have authority to and have been granted consent by all persons registered by me to grant the herein releases on behalf of each of them. I understand and agree that I will be liable for any and all harm, damages, or otherwise arising from or related to me not having such authority and/or such persons claiming they did not consent to the provisions hereof. I, as registrant, have granted consent to the purchaser to register on my behalf and thereby agree to the herein releases.

Our conference prices have been made as low as possible by the generosity of our Sponsors!

You can volunteer at the conference for a discount or to have registration fees fully covered.

*Group Discount is available when five or more Adults, Young Adults, and Retired Pastors or spouse register without using a discount code. Kids, Youth, and Per Session registrations don’t count toward the group discount. The group discount only applies when registering together & is not retroactive.

Note: Registration costs do not include lodging or meals.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds less a 15% cancellation fee (per registrant) can be made until May 30, 2024. No refunds after June 1, 2024. You can make a transfer at no charge by modifying your existing registration.

If you would like to transfer a registration after May 30, 2024, please send an email to conference@vineyardusa.org.

You can switch conference locations until May 30, 2024, as space is available. No location switch may be made after June 1, 2024.
