Lauri Varieur copastors the Vineyard Fullerton Church with her husband Wade. Lauri is a second-generation Chinese American. She is originally from New York and currently lives in Southern California with her husband and daughters, Kyrie and Arabella. She has been in the Vineyard for over 30 years. 

Lauri has spent her career working as an executive in the creative branding sector for many fashion brands. She began her career in Paris and NYC before relocating to LA. She has worked for Donna Karan, BCBGMAXAZRIA Group,  Herve Leger, and more.

Being a co-vocational pastor has allowed Lauri to serve in her local church and continue to minister in the marketplace.
