Refunds & substitutions

Refunds less a 15% cancellation fee (per registrant) can be made until September 27, 2021. However, if your cancellation is COVID related, we will provide a full refund at anytime before October 18.

You can make substitutions at no charge by modifying your existing registration.  If you would like to substitute a registration, please send an email to conference@vineyardusa.org.
