Ridgecrest spreads throughout 1200 acres of the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountain, and features an abundance of housing, meeting spaces, recreational activities, and dining options. Lodging and meal plans are booked separate from conference registration.
Ridgecrest Conference Center provides a variety of hotel-style rooms to accommodate your family or team each with a different configuration of beds, including king or queen beds, or up to 8 sets of bunk beds.
Staying at Ridgecrest requires purchase of a meal package, which includes 3 meals per day at the onsite dining room. The cost is automatically added to the total, divided across the number of days based on the number of people in the room.
At checkout, only the first night’s lodging is required as a deposit.
Meal packages are available for conference attendees not staying onsite, and should be purchased in advance around time of conference registration (by July 1).
Meal Package includes dinner on Monday through breakfast on Friday.
$143 per person ($35.75 per day).
Children age 6-11 cost $88 ($22 per day).
Children 5 and under eat free with an adult.
If you don’t want to pre-order, you can buy meals onsite based on availability (pricing is about 17% higher & subject to change). Ridgecrest also has a coffee shop and ‘Nibble Nook’, where you can find treats or a quick meal. There are also offsite restaurants around the area.
We would love to have conference attendees stay on site, but we want this to be a rich and comfortable experience, so encourage you to find the housing most suitable for your team.
