The conference will take place at Ridgecrest Conference Center in the Blue Ridge Mountains just outside of Asheville, North Carolina.

Lodging & food are separate from conference registration. There are lots of options!

Accommodations at Ridgecrest

Ridgecrest spreads throughout 1200 acres of the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountain, and features an abundance of housing, meeting spaces, recreational activities, and dining options. Lodging and meal plans are booked separate from conference registration. 

Stay & eat at Ridgecrest

Ridgecrest Conference Center provides a variety of hotel-style rooms to accommodate your family or team each with a different configuration of beds, including king or queen beds, or up to 8 sets of bunk beds. 

Staying at Ridgecrest requires purchase of a meal package, which includes 3 meals per day at the onsite dining room. Meal costs are automatically added to the booking total (divided across the number of days & people in the room).

Ridgecrest offers alternate food options for those with special dietary needs. If you have severe allergies, though, please call them at 828.669.8022 to discuss options. 

At checkout, only the first night’s lodging is required as a deposit.

Stay offsite, eat at Ridgecrest

The deadline for purchasing Meal Plans  past on July 21.

If you are staying onsite at Ridgecrest, meals are included in your stay. 

Ridgecrest has a coffee shop and ‘Nibble Nook’, where you can find treats or a quick meal. There are also offsite restaurants around the area. 

Stay at an offsite hotel, vacation rental, or campground

We would love to have conference attendees stay on site, but we want this to be a rich and comfortable experience, so encourage you to find the housing most suitable for your team.

Including gymnasium, softball, basketball, tennis, volleyball, fishing, disc golf, mini golf, wii rental. 

High ropes course, climbing tower, zip line, laser tag. These must be reserved 2 weeks in advance through Ridgecrest.

4.8 miles of hiking trails through the Blue Ridge Mountains. 

Golf, shop, eat, art, scenic drives, water falls, historical attractions, Sliding Rock Natural Waterslide, caverns, white water rafting.
